In music, an interval is the measured distance between two notes, and that distance carries the real information — the same note paired with a different interval produces an entirely different feeling, consonant or unsettled, resolved or reaching.

The relationship depends on getting that gap exactly right. Shift the spacing, and the character of the sound shifts with it.

This ring is built on the same measure. The emerald-cut sapphire sits at the center, and from there the stones step outward in a fixed, repeating sequence — baguette, round, baguette — each one set at the same calculated distance from the last, held consistent on both sides.

Called Interval, the ring reads the way a measured scale does: precise gaps repeating outward from a fixed point, each one exactly accounted for.

The Composition:

• central sapphire: light blue colour, natural, untreated, rectangular cut, 5.1 x 3.8 mm
• diamonds: lab grown, VS clarity, G colour, 0.51 ct total. 
• accent sapphires: princess cut, natural, dark blue colour, 0.1 ct
